Account Data Balance

Every Aluiva account has a data balance. This balance reflects the GB of mobile data available for the account to use. Your data usage is deducted from your data balance.

If you are using the Big.Connect service and your Aluiva account has multiple users, all users share the account's data balance. Each user's data usage is deducted from the account data balance.

Viewing Account Data Balance

Account data balance is visible in the Aluvia dashboard.

If you are using the Big.Connect service, you can also use the Aluvia API to get the account data balance.
