Purchasing Services

You can purchase two services:

• Agent.Connect
• Big.Connect

Instructions

Follow the instructions below to purchase a service:

1. Go to Aluvia dashboard.
2. Select a service and enter the number of GB of data you would like to purchase.
3. Complete the checkout processes using either credit card or crypto. We recommend crypto payments as you'll pay much lower processing fees.
4. Check your email. You will receive an email with an Access Pass for the service you purchased.
5. Your account balance and current service in the Aluvia dashbaord will update to reflect your purchase.
6. You can view your purchase history in the "Billing" tab of the Aluvia dashboard.

We make purchasing services as fair and simple as possible:

• No monthly contracts.
• No monthly minimum spending requirements.
• Pay as you go billing.
• Purchased data never expires.
